HR Business Partner
The team you will be a part of

The Business HR Team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.

This role in summary

As the HR Business Partner for the Global Product Organization, you will have the opportunity to work on a Global HR Team to provide support to the Innovation, global safety & regulatory, and materials teams. Your responsibilities will include
  • Strategically partner with regional and global business leaders to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives 
  • Support the HRBP leader in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness 
  • Cooperate with other global HRBP’s, HR Operations, regional HR business partners, and HR Communities of Expertise
  • Continue to support our global operating model by ensuring our capability strategy is best aligned with supporting our model
  • Understand & execute our People Excellence strategy and ensure it is aligned to our global product organization HR strategy
  • Use data and insights to understand people challenges and drive appropriate actions with respect to engagement, retention, capability building, etc
  • Coach and provide HR expertise to non-HR business leaders and the leadership team
  • Drive robust talent development via our talent assessment processes including driving development action planning and ensuring robust succession planning
  • Act as the site champion to lead engagement activities & act as the point of contact for local employees 
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience in a business Human Resources role
  • Excellent proven interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Questioning mind with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to execute with speed and sense of urgency
  • Good knowledge of current best practices
Preferred skills and experiences
  • Previous experience operating in a global organization or working in global teams
  • Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights and applying them to inform business decision making
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law, organizational development, and best practices will be an advantage
