Your responsibilities

  • Support HR development strategy preparation, recommend actions supporting the achievement of business goals

  • Closely partner with the leadership, managers, and employees on the ground and being a first point of contact for any HR related matters,

  • Will support leaders with developing and executing identified HR/ People process delivery

  • Manage HR projects and processes (ex. career development, talent reviews, employee engagement , employee relations, retention, change management) and support employees in HR policies and processes, labor law, compensation system

  • Build strong bond with business and employees

  • Be a coach - support of supervisors in the area of human resources management

  • Support the Business with talent management activity through succession planning and

  • Leadership development reviews

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives in the organization

  • Responsible for engagement and retention of employees

  • Communication and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.

  • Lead annual merit cycle related activities.

  • Manage grievance and ombudsman queries by conducting necessary inquiries /investigations.

  • Partner with managers to enable performance connect, pulse survey actions and other key people related actions

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring strategy

  • Active participation in the creation of organizational culture and nurturing values Collins Aerospace

  • Subject matter expert in the field of personal data and reports

  • Support in employee rotation/relocation processes (visas, contact with Global Mobility)

Our requirements

  • 8 years of work experience at the position of HR Business Partner in international manufacturing company

  • Higher education (HRM, sociology, psychology or related)

  • Proficiency in English

  • Understanding of: recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent management, performance management

  • Knowledge about HR processes and tools

  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills including experience of workforce planning, business reporting and fact based decision making

  • Ability to build relationships internally on all organizational levels

  • Practical knowledge of polish labor law

  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple processes simultaneously

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem solving mindset

  • High business standards, understanding of business environment and business role of HR

  • Goal orientation
