Support all people managers and employees assigned to their geography (Poland)
Consult with managers on people related matters and operational HR support
Provide guidance to Managers with interpreting compliance, regulations, policies, procedures and employment law / contractual obligations
Work with Corporate HR and coach and support People Managers on annual HR processes: salary review, Employee Performance Review (E3)
Work closely with HRBP to understand and assist with the implement HR strategies
Support Employee Relations cases
Coordinate social found activities
Advise other HR functions in terms of local requirements
Lead and support global and country HR projects within their geography (Poland)
Support in delivering learning programmes in a variety of media, including face-to-face and virtual like labour law training, trainings for new hires regarding people matters etc.
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law
Previous experience in HR roles (HR Generalist, HR Administrator, Recruitment etc) minimum 3+ years
Project management experience will be strong asset
Fluent English is a must
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to operations
Ability to proactive searching for information and sharing knowledge, experience with others
Able to identify and limit employment law risk to the company
Innovative and solutions focused/out of box thinking
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Negotiation & influencing skills
Presentation and good communication skills
