    About the job

    Supervise an organization’s HR Operations processes to ensure excellence and effectiveness of HR Operations Team. Coordinate process changes, keep track of improvement projects and team KPIs. Ensure good level of service and process management within HR Operations scope. Act as first escalation point and providing knowledge or suggesting solutions to HR Operations team as required. Resolve complicated HR issues connected to HR Operations scope that may include topics of Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, Training, or Labor Relations

     

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Provide in-depth knowledge in HR Operations processes, and/or tools.
    • Participate in the implementation and/or design of one or more HR processes or process improvements as required, coordinate changes amongst HR Operations team members. 
    • Provide managers, employees, and HR colleagues with day-today support in the application of HR Operations processes, processes and tools and act as first escalation point in difficult or not resolved cases. 
    • Deliver all aspects of specialized HR work within defined HR service levels and with high levels of customer satisfaction.  Ensure consistent and appropriate follow-up on the resolution of issues to employees and business managers.  
    • HR Role Model: Ensure all aspects of specialized HR programs, processes, and tools are delivered within defined HR best practices and quality standards.   
    • Seek ways to improve work standards, methodology, and processes in the HR community to achieve productivity measures and make recommendations to HR management.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Higher Education
    • Very good English
    • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
    • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
    • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • MS Office advanced
    • Strong orientation on high quality service delivery for internal clients
