Our Client with modern premises at Alchemia in Gdańsk is looking for a controller providing support to, but not limited to the Human Resource Department, with focus on management reporting and data analysis, managing and maintaining HR data records, ensuring adherence to global and local policies, practices and procedures in place.

your tasks
- proactively looking for solutions and supporting development of handling salary increases and bonus process, managing annual salary reviews in the Area (Sweden, Denmark, Finland)
- cooperating closely with HR and Controlling Teams in order to monitor, plan and report FTE
- completing HR analytics - ad-hoc analysis and presentations, benchmarking, KPIs and development reports for management
- monitoring Poland payroll process with close cooperation with local payroll provider
(providing the data, checking the data accuracy) and supporting Area in monitoring payroll processes - administrating data in SAP and Excel
what we expect
- proven track of experience in a similar position, preferable in and international organization
- high proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish
- accuracy and attention to details
- excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- strong commitment and ambition to familiarize quickly with new areas and subjects
- excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for various HR topics
- good knowledge of Polish labor law will be an advantage
- advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as SAP HR experience (Oracle experience will be an
advantage)
