Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of short- and long-term forecasting processes and monitoring of workforce costs and other HR-related expenses

  • Proactive cooperation with finance teams (Finance Controlling/Accounting) in order to automate and improve reporting and planning processes of workforce related costs

  • Participation in month closing activities; report; analyze and explain significant variances at Business Unit and Management Board level

  • Provide HR controlling, reporting and continuous improvement of HR analytics, solutions and operational excellence in service delivery in order to achieve financial targets

  • Support internal client needs (Business leaders; HR Business Partners) related to workforce costs and other HR KPIs (headcount, org. structure, fluctuation etc.)

  • Coordinate a small team of HR controllers

  • Provide analytical support and reports for various ad-hoc projects and tasks

Our requirements

  • Have strong financial controlling background and strong analytical skills

  • Are strong team player (cooperation with multiple departments and business leaders on various levels)

  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Have experience in managing small teams

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced) and Powerpoint is a must

  • Knowledge of SAP HR, Access, SQL, Oracle Essbase, Tableau will be an additional asset

  • Proactive, "can do" attitude

  • Proficient in English and Polish
