Your responsibilities
Interface and deliver best in class HR service support to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring and onboarding processes,
Post job adverts on multiple locations, administer invoices from external vendors
Manage candidate information, reporting and communications in applicant tracking system (Workday)
Generate offer letters
Assist with new hire onboarding process
Manage candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
Maintain good HR data quality
Monthly verification of referral bonus eligibility
Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports required by HR team
Identify and help lead initiatives that drive HR processes efficiencies and improvements
Manage various side-projects, related to process improvement from start to finish
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English, additional European languages are an asset
Able to manage multiple tasks
Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Recognized as results-oriented and self-directed
Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
Experience with applicant tracking systems would be an asset
Work with minimal supervision and respond well to interruptions.

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven HR Coordinator to work together with the European HR team. Your main focus will be processing HR requests related to multiple service lines (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations).
This is a highly visible and collaborative role, and your ability to build lasting relationships to navigate complexity and ambiguity will be critical to your success. You’ll join a fun international HR team, and will have plenty of opportunity to promote best practice and service excellence through ongoing sharing of ideas, coaching and mentoring.
