    HR Coordinator

    The primary purpose of the Plant HR Coordinator to work directly with the Blue Collar plant workforce to advise on and complete HR Administration processes that are not covered by Mondelez Business Services (MBS) and for certain countries, to act as a bridge between the plant and MBS HR.

    Main tasks:
    • Providing high quality HR service
    • Supporting HR Manager in HR processes
    • Active implementation of HR projects on a local and regional scale
    • Conducting internal training in soft skills, development, etc.
    • Cooperation with Temporary Employment Agencies 
    • Coordinating the employee development process in the factory, including employee evaluations
    • Keeping personnel files of employees
    • Preparation and distribution of personnel documents and data for the needs of the Central Statistical Office
    • Manage documentation and data to provide necessary information to payroll
    • Active search for opportunities to simplify and harmonize current HR processes
    • Recruitment 
    • Providing reports on HR systems and other administrative tasks
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in an HR function (preferably in an international company)
    • Higher education (human resources management will be an advantage)
    • Good knowledge of Polish labor law
    • Good knowledge of English and fluent Polish 
    • Goal-oriented and focused on solving problems
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes
    • Experience in conducting trainings, development plans and recruitment is an advantage
    • Responsiveness for reported problems
    • Experience in Integrated Lean 6 Sigma plant will be an advantage
