As our HR Coordinator, you will be actively participating in optimizing HR processes by continued focus on simplifying tasks as well as focus on quality improvements to the benefit of LoB. You will be first point of contact for all inbound inquiries and you will provide high quality customer service and advice to Novo Nordisk employees, candidates and pensioners through multichannel support. This position is responsible for contributing to the HR administration in EMEA countries working closely together with our GBS colleagues on a daily basis to solve the cases and ideally holds intercultural knowledge of Indian culture and practices to ease the EMEA/IN cooperation.
Provide clerical support to the askHR team.
Handle HR administrative tasks to support employees and stakeholders.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Work in compliance with the internal controls and governance, document all inquiries and achieve within the agreed deadlines.
Provide user system support on systems like SAP HR, EC, CompIT.
To be successful in this role, we require you to have high degree of customer mind-set and professionalism working with customers, peers, managers, PAs and HR BPs. You need to have high sense of quality, strong solution-oriented mindset and ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality, integrity and sense of diplomacy.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant education or certification in specialized HR.
Related experience from an HR or HR Shares Services preferred.
Customer service experience receiving inbound service calls.
Demonstrated skills in PC applications and experience with SAP HR preferred.
Advanced German language skill (C1 level).
As a person, you need to have excellent communication and presentation skills which are essential to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (clarity and concision, friendliness, confidence, empathy, open-mindedness, respect), picking the right medium (adjust the form of communication to the subject and audience).

We are on an exciting journey towards expanding our HR Regional Service Centre for Europe in Warsaw. The ambition for the Regional Service Centre is to provide professional HR operational service and guidance to the approx. 4.000 employees working in Novo Nordisk in the different countries in Europe. The askHR Europe unit is the first point of contact for all people inquiries and the team also contributes to the development of new global processes and systems including new digital solutions. The Regional Service Centre is co-located with the Business Area office for Europe East and the Polish affiliate. With annual budgeted sales level of over 700 million DKK and with 130 employees in the Polish affiliate the company ambition is to continuously improve quality of patients’ life and bring innovation into the markets.
