HR Coordinator with French or Spanish, EMEA HR

Coordinator, EMEA HR is expected to perform autonomously and needs to represent high standards of expertise in several areas of Bain Human Resources Operations

This person may be assigned to different offices across EMEA (remotely from Warsaw) whenever support is needed for mid and long-term collaboration with dedicated Bain offices. Each office assignment may cover some or all of the tasks identified below, or even other specific HR tasks. 

Employee administration

  • HRIS Administration in Workday
  • Running data audits and sharing recommendation on best practice to stakeholders
  • Background check administration
  • Benefits administration
  • Tracking people movement (hires, departures, job changes, transfers, leaves) 
  • Compensation administration

Professional Development for consulting

  • Performance review administration
  • Maintaining staffing system
  • Coordinates Case Team Surveys and Pulse Checks according to schedules as well as timely summary reports to management in supported offices
  • Tracking Time and Expense data for HR programs and sustainability
  • Supporting mentor/sponsor programs
  • Supporting global and local trainings
  • Mobility and work permits

Recruiting support for consulting

  • Managing recruiting data in a system
  • Tracking pipeline and recruiting inboxes
  • Managing interviews logistics
  • Delivering on-boarding documentation
  • Supporting recruiting and marketing teams in organising recruiting events 
  • Recruiting reporting

You may be also involved in various Staffing and HR Analytics projects.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environement 
  • Fluent English at min. C1
  • Fluent French or Spanish
  • Ownership and independence in given tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive approach
  • Previous use of HRIS systems (Workday would be a plus)
