    Our Client is an European corporate group from financial sector. The company is a reliable and reputable employer as well as a business partner. It is characterized by eminent work and relations culture. Due to expansion and dynamic growth in Poland we seek: 

    HR Country Lead
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    Key responsibilities:

    • Establish and develop up-to-date cooperation model in the HR processes within a new shared services centre, in compliance with company's global HR strategy
    • HR area management, independent implementation of tasks focusing on: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, hiring/making redundant, workplace benefits, efficiency management, commitment and satisfaction
    • Work together with staffing & payroll services provider
    • Maintain good relations with centre's management and global HR structures representatives
    • Support and consult substantive and legal aspects of HR processes (considering local employment law)
    • Provide support for any actions aimed at rising quality and efficiency
      of services in the centre
    • Influence on development and changes in organizational culture

    Qualifications and skills: 

    • University degree (preferably with relevant experience in
      HR management/law)
    • 7-10 years HR working experience (preferably in shared
      services centre or dynamic organizations with
      complexed structure and processes)
    • experience in establishing and/or involvment in
      development of shared services centre (at least
      400 FTE)
    • experience in work within international, high
      standards environment with many stakeholders
    • very good knowledge and understanding of
      Polish employment law
    • excellent business awareness
    • exceptional time/work planning and organisational
      skills as well as ability to manage projects
    • up-and-coming attitude, commitment
    • ability to be independent and proactive
    • resilient to stress
    • fluent written and spoken English (essential)
