    HR Data Team Lead / HRIS Analyst

    Position Highlight:  In this role, you will play an important role in leading both the activities of the Europe/India HR data management team, and providing excellent HR system support for WestRock locations globally. You will work closely with technical teams in the US for PeopleSoft HR, as well as HR business process owners globally.



    • Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational supervision to the Europe/India HR data management team members, setting goals and objectives, providing on-going performance feedback, and ensuring career development and growth plans are in place
    • Manage the development, testing, and implementation of technology-enabled tools for key HR processes, supporting company business goals
    • Manage the development of end-user training for HR technology systems, including development of training materials and communications
    • Define and implement the required procedures and processes to ensure global HR data accuracy and integrity in our systems
    • Collaborate with HR business partners to define, develop, and implement appropriate system enhancements
    • Partner with technical and HR resources to identify and resolve system issues and problems
    • Experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft or SAP experience preferred)
    • Leadership skills, to direct, coach and manage the activities of the regional data management team members
    • Strong interest and desire to define, enhance and support HR systems, including HR configuration, maintenance, testing and deployment
    • Strong service orientation and positive attitude
    • Teamwork skills are required to achieve desired results
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of management
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
    • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
    • Project and process management skills are a plus
    • Ability to travel globally (up to 15%) required
    • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
    • Language skills: good command of English required
