HR Database Specialist
Localization: Wrocław

Job purpose:

Ensuring globally-consistent HR data management processes. Responsibility for structural data as well as for providing efficient communication flow within local and international teams.

Your challenges:

  • Ensuring proper nonfinancial employee’s data globally
  • Performing regular checks on organizational data correctness to increase data quality by resolving existing inconsistencies
  • Avoiding issues within workflow and/or system integration processes in cooperation with regional teams
  • Collaborating with buisiness leaders, stakeholders and HR data market admins across the organization to ensure right structural data within organization
  • Supporting Org Data reporting process
  • Ensuring correct data input for Key HR processes in the company

Your skills & experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate English proficiency level (B2)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Proven experience in working with SAP or HRI Systems will be an asset
  • Diligence and attention to details
  • Ability to plan and organize own work
  • Experience in working in an international environment
