Your Tasks

  • First level of support for HR queries from different process areas coming through remote channels: phone/Skype, ticketing system, e-mail (with phone/Skype being crucial part of daily work)
  • Support in navigation through different HR systems and processes
  • General data maintenance in HR systems
  • General administration support to the HR department in different process areas (i.e. HR Data Management, Travel Management, Training Administration, Time & Attendance etc.)
  • Administration of HR Knowledge Base (i.e. maintenance, updates and monitoring of content related to frequently asked questions, HR policies and procedures)
  • Preparation of HR process documentation
  • Close cooperation with next support levels within HR organization to ensure smooth customer service, knowledge exchange and mutual support
  • Participation in transition and implementation projects (due to the start-up character of the Center in Wroclaw there may be opportunities to travel and participate in diverse projects)
  • Other ad hoc HR administration tasks

Your Profile

  • Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, multitasking and customer orientation
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence combined with ability to effectively manage customers and stakeholders via phone/remote channels
  • Very good German and English language skills (enabling effective communication with native speakers via phone/remote channels)
  • First professional experience in Contact/Call Centers and/or administration work (preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment)
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and/or willingness to become familiar with new tools
  • Open for change and dynamic working environment
  • Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
  • Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
