Your responsibilities
General administration of HR Operations in processes such as Personal Data Management, Time & Attendance, Reference Letters, Certificates, Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.
Timely and high-quality handling of incoming HR requests delivered through remote channels (i.e. ticketing system, e-mail, phone/Skype)
Preparation and ownership of process documentation
Support in process optimization and automation
General data maintenance in HR systems
Administration of HR Knowledge Base (i.e. maintenance, updates and monitoring of content related to frequently asked questions, HR policies and procedures)
Participation in transition and implementation projects (online)
Delivery of process/onboarding trainings for new joiners
Point of contact and process coach ("Buddy") for new colleagues and other stakeholders
Other ad hoc HR administration tasks
Our requirements
Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment
Experience in transitioning and setting up new processes, especially in Shared Service Center environment (not mandatory but considered as a strong asset)
Experience in project work related i.e. to system implementation and transitions (not mandatory but considered as a strong asset)
Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and willingness to become familiar with new tools
Very good German language skills and at least good command of English
Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation
Open for change and dynamic working environment
Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
