Your responsibilities

  • support recruitment and employer branding processes,

  • manage, track and ensure compliance on all employee information and documentation including new hire required documentation,

  • take an active part in the coordination of development programs,

  • actively support design and research teams in maintaining consistency as well as creating and effectively using labor standards.

Our requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in People/Hr function,

  • you need to understand what design and user experience are (graduation from UX design studies or courses will be appreciated),

  • be a person open to people and their needs, communicative and cheerful (it would be best if you liked to talk with the team, gather feedback and build a good atmosphere),

  • be a well-organized person with a passion for structuring and ensuring transparency,

  • use English at the C1 level minimum.

As a People & Design Ops Specialist your role will revolve around the people and design processes in our company. You will support Head of Design Ops in activities aimed at achieving efficiency, consistency and quality in four basic areas:

• people (stable team development),

• design methods and tools (high and market-attractive competences),

• cooperation (a well-coordinated team),

• design value (high work standards).
