For our client we are looking for HR Digital Services Specialist. The main objective of the role is to support the implementation of a new recruitment system, iCIMS in the region, by ensuring efficient requirement gathering, UAT governance and smooth move from project to run mode. At the same time, the role should offer support to the current tool in line with the global model (ASAE).
Responsibilities:
- Support project related activities – planning, communication, requirement gathering, UAT and deployment
- Provide best in class support of issue resolution, helping to establish a root cause analysis and action plans
- Collaborate closely with HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRS, HRBP) and Managers
- Ensure close monitoring of business process efficiency – propose improvements, support change management
- Deliver training to tool’s users
- Communicate changes in the solution to the concerned network
Requirements:
- 5 years’ Experience in any recruitment tools (Taleo and iCIMS are preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field of study
- Experience in managing programs using waterfall and Agile methodology
- Experience with an enterprise software or similar company
- Demonstrated experience managing cross functional teams and cross geographies to deliver comprehensive offerings or programs to market
- Project management skills
- Digital savviness and willingness to develop digital skills
- Good understanding of the overall HR organization and digital landscape
- Highly developed communication skills
- Stakeholder management up to C-level
