Our Client is an international producer from FMCG sector (food) with a plant located nearby Wroclaw (headcount 1000 of employees).
HR Director will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling company’s HR policy in Poland.
Creating strategy of human resources management and development.
Managing a HR teams (payroll, administration, recruitment and learning & development).
Designing organizational structure.
Managing system of trainings and personnel development.
Supervising compensation policy and employees evaluation.
Preparing and supervising payroll procedures.
Coordinating the process of internal communication in the company.
Representing company in relations with external institutions related to personnel management.
Coordination and management of health and safety and environmental areas.
At least 5 years as HR Director / Plant HR Manager at international companies from industrial sector.
Experience in cooperation with Union Trades would be a strong asset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business analytical skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization abilities and strong project management skills.
Leadership, empathy and ability to work with people.
High capacity of planning and analysis.
University higher studies, preferably in Law, HR, Business Administration or similar.
Language skills: bilingual in Polish and English.
The position is located in Lower Silesia district and reports to Managing Director and dotted line to Group HR Director.
