HR DIRECTOR POLAND
Job location: Łódź
Twój zakres obowiązków
Driving the overall people strategy, providing leadership and managing the implementation of the best HR solutions and processes including annual events (performance, talent review, succession planning, compensation, engagement surveys, and more) to support the employees in Poland and the small commercial office in the Czech Republic
Ensuring good communication and managing global HR processes
Leading the functions of HR and payroll administration (responsibility for the team of approx. 10 members) to identify the operational and administrative services, inclusive of process mapping, organizational design, people transition strategy, costs, and other relevant areas
Supporting managers in their day to day activities as well as in applying the company's policy, ensuring compliance with the rules and legal aspects
Acting as the point of contact for both employees and managers to deliver customized solutions, programs, and policies
Promoting commitment and good relations between employees.
Wymagania pracodawcy
Master's degree, preferably in HR, Business or Management
Minimum 8 years of work experience as HR Manager/Director in middle or big international production companies with the matrix organisation and SSC
Experience in building solutions and processes including establishing organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
Good knowledge of Polish labour law, employment legislation, payroll and statutory reporting as well as of collective bargaining agreements
Experience in cooperating with trade unions and work councils is a must
Bilingual (fluent Polish, full working fluency in English)
Experience in transforming HR into a digital driven organization (digitally savvy and able to demonstrate experience in driving results through digital platforms)
Availability for business trips about 10% of time.
