Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a consistent and accurate database within the Organizational Management  (OM) and Data Quality (DQ) process
  • Administrative counterpart for the implementation and change of data models while ensuring a consistent and accurate data base
  • Proactively provide global HR service to HR Business Partners and HR Professionals regarding HR Data Management topics
  • Processing individual requests and complex inquiries by guaranteeing and taking ownership for liable, timely and accurate solutions
  • Enhance knowledge management within the HR Data Management process interfaces
  • Collaborate with IT interfaces and regularly test new system implementations
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder management within the local and global HR Data Management Community
  • Support global monitoring and remediation processes for the data quality management reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and services to ensure adherence to high quality standards
  • Implement and execute global training sessions on HR Data Management topics


  • Fluent in English and very good German, both written and spoken
  • University degree in business studies or comparable, alternatively a commercial education along with relevant working experience
  • Previous HR experience and knowledge of HR Interfaces are beneficial
  • User-level familiarity with MS Office (Excel) and SAP HR
  • High service delivery attitude and passion for working in an international team
  • Profound organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on attitude along with strong self-management skills and a structured way of working
  • Ability to keep the overview, especially of complex inquiries, even in peak times
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to interact in a confident manner within the regional and global HR/IT organization
