HR Expert Employee Central - HR Administration

Looking for a role where you can not only unfold your technical expertise but also take an active part in process optimization and further innovative process development in the HR Services and GBS Center environment. Tasks & responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for the organization of work, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other special tasks according to the corresponding delegation in daily business
  • Lead projects within the GBS Center / HR Services using project management methods
  • Bringing practical experience and participation in national/international and cross-border functional HR projects
  • Analyse processes of the HR Employee Central Team and strive for continuous improvement measures
  • Train the HR Employee Central Team and ensure the knowledge transfer in case of optimization-driven process changes
  • Act as Key User and contact for HR system-related questions
  • Responsible for at least one key Competence Center topic
  • Administrative end-to-end processing in the area of HR Employee Central, taking into account the legal and operational agreements
    and other applicable arrangements
  • Act as a key contact for all team members in HR Employee Central related to complex process inquiries


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the HR the HR SSC Administration area
  • Knowledge in the field of HR processes and HR systems
  • Deep knowledge of labor law
  • Experience in process optimization and project work
  • High communication skills for complex consulting and transfer activities
  • Ability to capture complex facts and processes and awareness in changing requirements
  • Responsible, reliable and service-oriented
  • Empathy, team spirit, result orientation and networked thinking
  • Business fluency in English
