Your responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programs and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy

  • Offer first line of support for people managers and employees for all topics related to operational HR including labor law specifics

  • Take ownership over HR functioning in the plant in close cooperation with remaining Danfoss entities

  • Optimize existing HR processes and implement new global processes

  • Act as advisor and sparring partner to local managers

  • Cover all HR aspects by applying the legal environment and internal policies

  • Ensure Blue Colors Workers resources are recruited and retained according to the business needs, develop and execute strategies for best BCW recruitment process

Our requirements

  • Higher education in Social Science and HR

  • Fluent English and Polish

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility including labor law expertise

  • Experience in working in a country/regional matrix or complex environment of international company

  • Experience in identifying and resolving issues independently

  • Experience in process implementation, change management, leading transformation processes and manage resistance

  • Proven coaching, relationship building and cross functional influencing skills

  • Open-minded, fact based and solutions, oriented team player

  • Structured and detailed approach to problem solving

  • Global mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization

  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to drive and prioritize own tasks

  • Strong business acumen and Stakeholders Relationship Management

  • Performance management

  • Excellent process facilitation and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus and assist with implementation

  • Proactive and strong sense of urgency

  • Robust, able to deal with diversity, change and resistance

Job Description

Are you looking to enhance your career within Danfoss and take on new challenges? Currently we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist, who will join and support Danfoss HR Operations team in Poland by providing a support of consultancy and driving service to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions in order to meet business requirements. HR Generalist will develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programs and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy. Will offer first line of support for people managers and employees for all topics related to operational HR including labor law specifics, will take ownership over HR functioning in the plant in close cooperation with remaining Danfoss entities, will optimize existing HR processes and implement new global processes, will act as advisor and sparring partner to local managers, cover all HR aspects by applying the legal environment and internal policies, ensure Blue Colors Workers resources are recruited and retained accoridng to the business needs, develop and execute strategies for best BCW recruitment process. HR Generalist will be located in our factory in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.
