Your future responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to the business, advising first-line and first-time managers on performance management, employee relations, policies, and other HR-related topics
- Manage employee inquiries escalated from our Shared Services Team, and connect the employee to HR central teams as necessary
- Promote HR support model and ensure that individuals are self-serving where possible
- Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance in Poland
- Support on employee relations cases including process ownership, manager support, document creation, note taking and some minor investigations
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/human resources preferred
- Fluent English
- Practical knowledge of Polish labor law
- Approximately 2-3 year of prior experience in an HR operations role in an international or customer services environment
- Experience with coaching managers
- Workday experience and/or experience using JIRA is a plus
