Your responsibilities
Building and implementing HR processes (recruitment, performance evaluation, training, development programs, salary reviews, employer branding, etc.)
Comprehensive recruitment process - identifying candidates, conducting interviews and issuing employment contracts
Responsibility for the onboarding and exit interview processes
Building good relations with managers and providing support in various HR-related topics
Building and strengthening the image of the employer through activities in the field of Employer Branding
Conducting personnel administration in accordance with applicable regulations
Entering and updating data in the HR system
Collaboration in calculating wages / payroll
Consulting in the field of labor law for both managers and employees
Monitoring the timeliness of occupational medicine examinations
Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics
Management of employee benefits
Supporting HR Manager in the field of ongoing projects
HR 360 - you will use both hard and soft skills
Our requirements
Proven experience in HR field
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
English level C1
Positive attitude, openness to change and creativity
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
