Your responsibilities
Supporting HR Manager with different employee related tasks
Evaluating and resolving human relations, labour relations, and work-related problems, and initiating actions to HR Manager
Interpreting, and administering union/labour agreements
Building and maintaining relations with social partners on a daily basis
Supporting HR Manager to prepare meetings with social partners, and administer required documentation
Supporting HR Manager in monitoring compliance with agreements, administering grievance procedures, and participating in arbitration
Supporting HR Manager during all National Inspectorate controls / audits and monitor actions and recommendations afterwards
Secure GDPR in relation to HR
Our requirements
Master degree
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR related position
Demonstrated ability to communicate across the organization
Intellectual courage/ability to assert a point of view
Fluency in English is a must
Working knowledge of MS office
Can do approach
