your tasks
- prepare, maintain and update employee records
- update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, regulations, employment contracts and recruitment guides
- review and renew company policies and legal compliance
- manage benefits
- report regularly on HR KPIs
- act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries
- assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, holiday and sick days taken
- support employer branding activities
- onboard of new hires and exit management
- support recruitment activities
- assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise may be necessary, including helping with travel arrangement
what we expect
- you are qualified to degree level, in either HR, management or a business-related field
- you have previous experience in the HR field
- you have knowledge of employment labour law to ensure HR department confirms to these
- you speak and write Polish and English fluently
- you have excellent planning and organization skills, as well the ability to prioritize
- you have good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business
- you understand various HR software systems
- you embody the company culture principles
- you are proactive and flexible attitude with improvisation talent
- you are Independent but team player
- sensitivity, integrity and discretion is in your nature
