Recruitment for

We are looking for an ambitious individual who will join our Client’s structures as first HR professional. The company being a part of international Swedish Group constantly develops its structures in Poland.

As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for a day-to-day HR operations, including administration, recruitment & development, and comp&ben in all 3 client locations: production sites + warehouse (over 150 employees).

Your responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the recruitment processes in the company and cooperation with recruitment agencies

  • Conducting HR-related interviews and meetings, such as: annual appraisal meeting, exit interviews

  • Together with managers recommend&implement Compensation&benefits, Perfomance Management and Personal Improvement Plan strategy

  • Create, review, and optimize HR department procedures (review the existing policies, implement new tools and solutions)

  • Cooperate closely with HQ in Sweden and Management Board on HR initiatives, be a core support for any organizational change initiatives

  • Deliver administrative support for the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, personal data and personnel files management etc.);

  • Cooperate with payroll external partner

  • Conducting GDPR audits together with the Data Protection Officer

  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor regulations

Employer requirements

  • You possess min. 4 years of professional experience in HR area (HR administration, recruitment, compensation&benefits) and min. 2 years in production environment

  • You have a good knowledge of Polish Labour Law

  • You are a team player with very good communication skills

  • You possess very good time management, planning and organisational skills

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Polish and in English) with the ability to effortlessly build trust and positive relationships with employees and stakeholders

  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree

  • You have extensive knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point)

  • Experience with ERP system will be an asset

  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills to effectively manage a complex and varied workload and conflicting priorities within a fast-paced environment

  • Open-mindedness

  • Strong drive for taking up initiatives, proactive approach

  • Excellent teamwork abilities

  • Being able to work independently
