Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, Philip Morris International in Poland, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

 

HR Generalist (Ukrainian and Russian Speaker)

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

• perform key role in organizational announcements process, including preparation, collecting approvals and publication of the announcements
• translate HR related contents into Ukrainian and Russian language
• prepare documents for Client employees in supported markets
• participate in revision of company practices and Policie


TRANSLATIONS – support the Country Team Ukraine & Kazakhstan in Translation of HR related content into Ukrainian and Russian language in alignment with HR terminology and business language of the markets
HR CONTENT MANAGEMENT – participate in creation and revision of HR related practices and policies in English and local languages of the supported markets
DOCUMENTS PREPARATION - prepare HR related documents including coordination of mass preparation and distribution of documents when required, with high standards of quality and compliance with legal requirements
ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS – take care of organizational announcements process, including preparation, gathering necessary approvals and timely publication

 

Requirements:

• university degree
• very good oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian and Russian
• very good oral and written communication skills in English
• experience in HR area or customer service environment would be an asset
• strong computer skills, including MS Office
• good interpersonal and communication skills
