Leading or actively participating in HR projects
Interact with employees regarding human resource needs and conduct 1:1 meetings with employees
Continuous improvement of HR processes for achieving the high retention rate and analyzing the needs
Work with HR Analytics, identify and review metrics adjusted to the business needs
Work on the daily basis with clients` representatives, like HR Managers or Tech Managers
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
Cooperating with a legal department to prepare and complete various documents
Create and administrate Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulation.
Participate for open enrollment coordination, new hire enrollment, and benefit questions and changes throughout the year
Maintain all employee records, keeping them up to date including administration within HRMS
Minimum 2 years' experience in human resources
Experience in establishing effective approaches to improve employee engagement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with individuals by phone, e-mail or in person
Experience in building dashboards and using data analysis tools preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization, especially during difficult and challenging situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
