    HR Generalist

    Position is based in Warsaw, reporting to HR Manager Poland Czech & Slovakia

    Job responsibilities:

    • Prepares monthly reports for HR needs, actively participates and supports salary calculation reports, organizes personal records of all employees
    • Develops and implements new employee induction program and builds the organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences of current employees and management
    • Provides support in the evaluation of Abbott’s workforce needs and coordinates the recruitment and selection process
    • Follows established procedure and guidelines to provide timely and effective human resource support to all business units, departments or other organization group
    • Provides employees with information and/or consultation regarding the Abbott’s personnel policies and the labor and social security legislation in effect
    • Leads and deliver key HR projects to ensure HR best practice and quality standards are implemented
    • Keeps abreast of trends and developments in HR Management / labor legislation and networks across internal and external HR Community

    Qualifications:

    • University degree (preferably in human resources, psychology or social sciences)
    • Min 2-3 years of experience in the area of human resources in a matrix environment, preferably in a multinational company
    • High school – min. 2 years experience or University degree
    • Thorough understanding of country-specific employment law and regulations
    • Excellent knowledge of English language and computer skills (MS Office)
    • Excellent inter-personal communication skills
