Your responsibilities
Providing support to the HR Operations and Talent Development Teams across the EMEA Region withthe main focus on Germany
Coordinating HR processes e.g. compensation and benefits, staffing, employee development, trainingcourses administration and invoicing
Producing timely and accurate information and reports, managing data and updating the systems
Providing updates and information to the Employees and Managers
Working on the HR processes and preparing respective documentation & work instructions
Supporting Knowledge & Best Practice Sharing activities across the Region
Our requirements
University Degree, preferable in Human Resources, Psychology or similar
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, fluency in any other European languagewould be of benefit,
Knowledge of Human Resources principles and procedures
and a proven experience in a role of anHR Generalist/Specialist preferably with the German Stakeholders would be an asset
Practical knowledge of O365 Applications & SAP system
Strong customer focus, excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
An analytical mind, attention to details and practical approach,
Previous work experience in Shared Service roles would be a great advantage.
