Your responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining employee and subcontractor Master Data in GWS systems.

  • Daily managing of GPS mailbox.

  • Administrator for Eloomi Online Trainings.

  • Support in maintaining of HR Master Documents and Guidelines

  • Support in development and processing of GWS Onboarding Program.

  • Support in recruitment: standard contracts / employment documents / internal communication.

  • HR Operational tasks across GWS BU: standard contract updates, system updates.

  • Support with employment Documents: A1 / cpr no. (for DK employees), standard employments documents and templates.

Our requirements

  • Very good English skills are absolutely must have.

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR (perfectly as an Administrator).

  • Knowledge to recruitment processes and HR systems

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Solution oriented and service minded approach

  • Very good organization skills.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

We are looking for a person to join our international Global People Support Team as an HR Global Administrator in Szczecin, Poland. Our dedicated Global People Support Team is a part of GWS HR Team with focus on employee Master Data, Mobility, Help Desk, HR IT systems and administrative tasks in relation to standard procedures, processes, and documents. In your position as an HR Global Administrator, you will interact with colleague from all over the world and you will administrate and be involved in developing of HR systems and HR initiatives.
