Your responsibilities

  • HR Global Employee Support (GES) Operations for EMEA ex-UK employees – to include but not limited to the following:

  • Supporting employee request process, coordinating resolution of queries and escalations where needed, partnering with the HR business partners, Employee Relations, Payroll, and other HR functions on any ad-hoc projects

  • Tracking and processing HR-related invoices

  • Supporting benefits administration

  • Administration of Leave of Absence process

  • Compiling various reports and documentation to support in-location team

  • Supporting resolution of a broad spectrum of queries from both HR partner teams and employees

  • Ensuring detailed SOPs are documented for all work streams. Monitoring ongoing maintenance to ensure current.

  • Engagement in HRSD projects and new book of work items, as required

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operational role, preferably within HR administration/services area

  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload in a pressurised and deadline driven environment, operating within tight timeframes.

  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills, attention to detail

  • Ability to build and leverage a strong network of partnerships across multiple locations and with the external vendors

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and working level knowledge of Word desired

  • Ability to run with several tasks concurrently, ensuring that all tasks are always seen through to resolution whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees across all levels of the organization in a sensitive manner.

Human Resources Global Employee Support (GES) team provides the full range of local HR operational services, including, but not limited to payroll, employee benefits, health & safety, on- & offboarding, data management & Management Information System linked with global HR systems as well as local time & attendance tracking and benefit administration.

Overall Role Objective:

As a GES Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a best in class, simplified, personalized and digitized employee experience through superior service and operational excellence. This includes, but is not limited to, providing advisory support on matters related to relocation within the EMEA region. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of clients and partners, including managers, employees, and HR teams. As part of your daily duties you will interact with employees at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail, empathy, ability to troubleshoot, taking ownership and accuracy of work while maintaining a high quality standard and ensuring data integrity.
