    HR & HSE Manager (f/m)

    We are currently looking for a HR & HSE Manager (f/m) within the Business Unit Powertrain & Chassis (P&C), who is passionate about HR, developing people and the organization and has a positive, can-do attitude. This position will be based in Koluszki, Poland. You will report to the Vice President HR P&C.


    • Be part of the plant management team
    • Build local HR strategy for plant in line with organization principles and directions
    • Responsibility for and managing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) tasks facilitating the development and implementation of the companies HSE policies and organizational safety programs. Support risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
    • Build HR Partnering function for plant leadership team to ensure that organizational and people strategy are implemented
    • Identify key HR priorities, drive HR agenda and initiatives that answer properly to the priorities and business goals
    • Provide HR expertise in all HR areas such as talent planning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, labour code, employees evaluation etc.
    • Ensure close and effective cooperation with social partners (trade unions, works councils)
    • Manage, coach and inspire local HR Team (HR Coordinator) to ensure their competencies and capabilities growth
    • Build, lead and implement various HR projects (at the plant and country level) together with other HR functions to answer to the business needs and goals
    • Actively participate in strategic and operational HR projects and initiatives locally and internationally
    • Execute all other projects and duties with are related with business development


    • Strong HR background, preferably in manufacturing environment
    • University degree
    • 7-10 years of experience in different HR areas would be a strong asset
    • Solid expertise in managing HR areas and end-to-end processes
    • Experience with HSE responsibility an advantage
    • Ability to work in cross-functional, international and matrix organization
    • Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
    • Experience in cooperations with social partners (trade unions, works councils)
    • Point of contact for internal and external audits
    • Fluent English and very good Polish language skills
    • Experience in managing various expectations and building agreement around priorities
    • High influential and leadership skills together with the ability to inspire trust
