HR Innovation & Technology Specialist

Lead Employee Central reinforcement and/or improvement initiatives for Europe and Asia, ensuring an alignment with a Global standardization. Support and enforce the correct use of Employee Central for Europe and Asia. Be the point of contact for Europe and Asia as their HR Technological Business Partner, for the ongoing "Live" operation of Employee Central.

 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Administrate Employee Central module for Europe and Asia.
  • Support internal clients.
  • Support data completion and data quality activities.
  • Conduct data analysis and ad-hoc reports. (On-demand)
  • Quality assurance of permissions (roles assignment)
  • Assist in projects rollout, reconfigurations of the system and testing.
  • Participate in release management task force duties - Participate on integrations projects (i.e. payrolls to EC)
  • Conduct train-the-trainers and site trainings.
  • Support SSC and enforce the correct use of HR systems.
  • Be the point of contact for Europe and Asia as their HR Technological Business Partner, for the ongoing "Live" operation of Employee Central.
  • Operate as the liaison between CoE and Regional IT team to assure the correct operation of interfaces with other systems.
  • Capture the regional HR Technological needs.
  • Help on improve usage and the adoption of the HR Platforms to efficient the work in the Regions assigned.
  • Support on improve the usage of other Success Factors modules in the Regions (Europe / Asia).
  • Help on maintain and evolve HR Dashboards.

Profile requirements: 

  • Bachelor in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar. 
  • Proficiency in English and German is required. Spanish desired.
  • Working in CoEs, desirable on Innovation and Technologies.
  • HRIS Support / HR Platforms Training (3-5 yrs.)
  • Employee Central Administration (1yr min.)
  • Success Factors Modules (desirable)
  • Success Factors Employee Central (required, advanced)
  • Success Factors Talent Development modules (desired, medium)
  • Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint (required, advanced)
  • Data Model & Analytics (desirable, Tableau or Power BI)
