Supporting coordination of Learning & Development agenda, planning, implementing and overseeing training and on-the-job learning programs
Participation in employees’ onboarding process
Bringing forward new ideas and supporting ongoing Employer Branding and campus activities
Participation in organization of internal events, creation of sustainability action plan, CSR activities
Supporting recruitment processes
Monitoring and supporting on-going development of employee engagement
Assistance in development and implementation of HR policies and projects, cooperating with the Corporate HR team
Creation of internal communication
Providing support to employees and regional CE HR team in various HR related topics
Master student or graduate, preferably from a business school
Willingness to develop and continue your career in HR
Initial working experience, preferably in HR, Internal communication or PR
Experience from international companies or work/study abroad is highly valued
Collaborative personality, team player, very good interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability and ability to learn quickly
Structured, proactive, driven, resourceful and self-motivated
Excellent organizational skills
Fluency in Polish and English is a must
Working time: around 20h / week

About the role
HR Intern – part-time (around 20h/week)
HR Intern will support an HR team in a broad spectrum of HR activities in the CE Region including talent acquisition, L&D, wellbeing, employee relations and engagement, CSR and D&I events, internal communication as well as campus relations. The intern will also have a chance to be part of Group-wide projects to be implemented.
