    Getinge SSC is a Shared Service Center that provides Finance&Accounting, Backoffice, Procurement and Sales Support services to the entities within Getinge in EMEA Region.     HR IS Superuser

    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    The HRIS (Success Factors) specialist user plays a key role in HR system administration, support and training, leveraging their HR and HR system knowledge and experience. The incumbent will primarily work with Success Factors (Recruitment, Performance, Talent) but also on various other programs, processes, and systems supported by the HRIS team (e.g. Sharepoint, Intranet and other tools) and report directly into Group HR at the Swedish Headquarters. The job will be located in Krakow, Poland. Very limited travel may be required.

     PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    • Administers various modules in leading HR systems, mainly Success Factors
    • Develops and updates training material for different stakeholders and runs training sessions
    • Provides support and consultancy to the organization by responding to internal requests via telephone and email, to ensure prompt problem resolution and escalation as required
    • Researches and resolves HRIS problems and unexpected results (in cooperation with external consultants)
    • Provides day-to-day administration of human resources processes, programs and systems, such as maintenance of text and templates in different languages (in coordination with translation agency). This can also include user maintenance.

     ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with cross-functional teams (e.g., Corporate HR, IT, Consultants) in system requirements gathering, development, implementation, testing, use and administration of HR-related systems.
    • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.

    POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT AREAS:

    • Participates and acts as representative for ongoing HR system upgrades and projects. This includes investigation of enhancement request and recommended action for the HR Management Team.
    • Identifies process improvement opportunities and makes recommendations.
    • Is responsible for data analysis and reporting and working on reports and dashboards. Produces reports on monthly or ad hoc basis for presentation in management forums.

     QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    • Undergraduate degree in HR, business or equivalent related experience required.
    • 3+ years HRIS, administrative, HR Generalist or recruiting experience
    • Using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (advanced level), Word and Outlook.
    • Working with HR-related systems (e.g., HRIS, on-boarding, applicant tracking). SuccessFactors experience preferred.
    • Working with Intranet systems. SharePoint experience preferred.
    • Working in a customer-facing, consultative role building effective relationships.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and presentation skills in English
    • IT-Oriented
    • Maintains confidentiality and acts with personal and professional integrity
    • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Detail oriented in the execution and follow-up of work
    • Proactive Personality, Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Basic Project management skills preferred
