Your responsibilities

  • You act as HR/IT Business Analyst for HR/IT Integration related topics in a leading role.

  • You align business demands and processes regarding integrations with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert for integrations within your area of responsibility.

  • You will translate the business demands into interface requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework.

  • You consult the business on the best possible integration design and align it with the responsible development team.

  • You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identify cross-topic dependencies.

  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.

Our requirements

  • You are experienced in analyzing and designing in- and outbound integrations to other systems in the area of payroll, finance, Identity Management etc. and have successfully gone through implementing and testing such integrations.

  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with HCM Solutions (e.g. SAP or Workday).

  • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration.

  • You have a thorough understanding of HR MasterData Management related processes at a global scale and respective IT solutions / integrations.

  • You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects, ideally in a lead role.

  • You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers.

  • You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.

  • You have a personal affinity with the digital world and modern cloud-based technology.

  • You strive to translate business challenges and operational challenges into valuable technology solutions.

  • You are a well-structured worker with a strong ability to think analytically, you are able to work independently, and you have a thirst for knowledge.

  • You have particularly strong analytical and teamworking skills, take the initiative readily and are highly motivated.

  • You work efficiently even under intense time pressure and in highly complex situations

  • You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation.

  • Your English language skills are excellent, both spoken and written, and German language skills are an advantage.

  • You communicate reliably across all levels of organizations and working cultures and have a clear ability to deliver.

  • You are located in Poland (or willing to relocate)

  • You are open to occasional business travels
