About the project

As an HR/IT Business Analyst responsible for HR/IT Integration, your tasks and responsibilities are critical for ensuring a seamless integration of HR and IT processes. Here's a breakdown of your duties and qualifications.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading Role in HR/IT Integration: You take on a leading role in HR/IT Integration, overseeing and driving the integration-related activities.

  • Alignment with IT Strategy: You align business demands and processes related to integrations with your organization's IT strategy. This involves understanding the strategic goals and ensuring that integration efforts support those goals.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: You become the subject matter expert for integrations within your area of responsibility. This means staying updated on the latest integration technologies and best practices.

  • Interface Requirements: You translate business demands into clear and detailed interface requirements. These requirements serve as the foundation for designing integration solutions.

  • Solution Design: You ensure the proper implementation of your solution design, following your organization's IT service management and IT compliance framework. This involves adhering to established processes and guidelines.

  • Consultation with Business: You consult with the business to provide guidance on the best possible integration design. This may include recommending specific technologies or approaches to meet business needs.

  • End-to-End Process Consideration: You think about the 'big picture' by considering end-to-end processes. This involves identifying and addressing cross-topic dependencies to ensure a holistic integration solution.

  • Collaboration: You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as HR and IT teams, and external service management teams. Effective collaboration is crucial for successful integration projects.

Our requirements

  • Integration Experience: You have experience in analyzing and designing both in-bound and out-bound integrations with other systems, particularly in areas like payroll, finance, and Identity Management. You should also have experience implementing and testing such integrations.

  • HCM Solutions Expertise: You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, such as SAP or Workday. This experience demonstrates your familiarity with HR technology platforms.

  • Educational Background: You hold at least a bachelor's or master's degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration. This educational background provides you with a solid foundation for understanding both technical and business aspects.

  • HR MasterData Management: You possess a thorough understanding of HR MasterData Management processes on a global scale. You should also be knowledgeable about the IT solutions and integrations related to HR MasterData.

  • Project Experience: You have experience working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT-related projects, ideally in a lead role. This experience showcases your ability to manage complex projects successfully.

  • IT Service Provider Management: You have knowledge of managing IT service providers. This includes vendor selection, contract management, and ensuring that service providers meet your organization's integration requirements.

  • Compliance Awareness: You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements specific to IT projects in the healthcare industry. Compliance is crucial, especially in healthcare, where data security and regulatory compliance are paramount.
