What do you need to have?
- Previous experience in position related to system transformation/ integration SAP landscape/development of environment supporting core business functions
- Working knowledge of HR SAP modules (HR/HCM/4HANA)
- Knowledge of Cloud solutions (e.g. SAP Cloud Platform ISS) will be a plus
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability of analyzing and translating business; experience of system design, creating of solutions
- Very good demand/change management and project management skills
- Open personality and positive attitude
- Good English skills
What will you be responsible for?
If you are having already gained project experience with global SuccessFactors implementations or cloud integration knowledge with SAP Cloud Platform Integration you are welcome to join our young and dynamic team. In your area of responsibilities, you would work together with international experts to develop the company HR-IT environment of the future.
- Taking part in building efficient technical solution using SAP integration products
- Insuring a smooth transition during rollouts
- Troubleshooting problems related to SAP configurations
- Defining and insuring global standards
- Preparing of technical design documents as per the functional requirements
- Acting as a point of contact between country key users and implementation partners
- Coordinating activities in extended cross-functional team including other product owners, architects, SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Partner and End user- HR Teams to set up high quality cloud solution
