    Located in our new delegation in Bielsko-Biala , ITUTRRI works in a working space offers amplitude with an open concept, allowing a better communication with your colleagues. Therefore, the collaborative work and a good work environment is encouraged. You will have to work closely with the managers and other appointees from the rest of the departments to identify the hiring necessities and select the right candidates for each circumstance.

    As Junior Recruiter , you will have the possibility to travel to the South of Spain (one - twice per year) for further training. Thus, you could develop and grow as a professional

    Your scope of responsabilities will be:

    1) Execute selection processes throughout all stages, mainly focused in the polish market:

    • Elaboration of the briefing in collaboration with the manager that requires a new recruit. The main objective is to define the position, in order to being able to start the selection process.
    • Publishing the hiring position in different job portals (Pracuj, Praca …).
    • Maintaining strong relationship with universities and other sources of recruitment.
    • Stiff trough CVs and perform phone interviews to decide which candidates are the best suited for the defined position. Consequentially, reporting and proposing them to the internal client (manager).
    • Perform personal interviews
    • Collaboration throughout the hiring phase (economic proposal to the candidate, checkup until the actual hiring…)
    • Handling selecting process’ documentation

    2) Support in the welcoming plan and induction process for the new recruits.

    3) Frequent and recurrent contact with the corporative department (People and Culture) in Spain, will be needed.

    4) We expect from your participation among other projects and initiatives carried out in People and Culture corporate’s department.


    1. Currently living in Bielsko-Biala or nearby.
    2. Qualified in Human Resources (recently completed or close to finish)
    3. C1 certification in English. We positively appraise if you speak Spanish.
    4. Extroverted personality. We look for someone passionate about people and, furthermore, someone who is keen and enjoy learning and doing new things.
    5. Organized person.
    6. Skill with social networks.
    7. Positively appraised one-year experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in Selection processes.
    8. Availability to travel at least 1 or 2 times a year to Spain to work with the Corporate team.
