Your responsibilities

In this role you will be part of Daikin Europe HR Information System (HRIS) team. Your role is to support roll out and regional (i.e. Central Europe) usage of our international HR tool, Daikin People, based on SuccessFactors. We introduced SuccessFactors as the new group-wide tool for different HR processes in 2018, with as slogan “connecting colleagues”. Currently we connected +/- 8500 employees, but the plan is to further expand (more colleagues), diversify (more modules) & deepen (more functionalities within in module). Within your role you will become EMEA HR Key User for the module Recruitment and Onboarding.

Ongoing tasks:

• Regional HR IT support for all HR IT tools (all Daikin People modules and Workforce Dimensions – time management module)

• Responsible to answer all support questions channelled through a centralized email address by employees, managers and local HR team members

• Kick-off annual cycle processes and follow up on completion

• Provide IT support during the annual HR cycle activities

• Provide training materials for managers and employees

• Provide trainings on the HR IS tools for the whole region

• Maintain HR master data

• Upload e-learning content to LMS

• For WF Dimensions act as regional HR IT super user

• WF Dimensions – responsible for reporting and design the necessary reports for each country

Project tasks:

• Contribute to the roll-out of new modules of SuccessFactors (IT related aspects of project management for roll outs of the new modules (Recruiting, Compensation, WF Dimensions, LMS for partners, etc.)

• Responsibility for testing the modules, training HR BPs, training end users, preparing training materials based on country requirements and country configuration

• LMS needs more resources, Recruiting roll-out next year and compensation & benefits in 2023

Our requirements

Experience, education and technical skills

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with specialisation in HR/Business Administration

• At least 1-2 years working experience as HR generalist (or similar role)

• Expert skills in MS Office

• Previous experience with (implementation of) a global HR tool is a plus

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), any ither European language is a plus

Interpersonal skills

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese multinational and worldwide the biggest producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.

DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 19 sales subsidiaries, 5 sales offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.

Part of DENV is also Belgium based EMEA Corporate HR and Warsaw based Daikin Europe Business Support. We are currently looking for a colleague (F/M) who will join our office in Warsaw, at the position of:

DACE HR Key User and Process Support

The position is located in HR team in Warsaw, however in this role you’re part of a regional team of DACE (Daikin Central Europe). DACE is a dynamic growing organisation with 560 headcounts to grow up to 850 by 2025. Local organisations are in Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Poland and Croatia. You will also cooperate strongly with EMEA HRIS project team.
