Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

HR Learning and Training Associate with German [Online Recruitment]

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact (m/f) for employees, managers, HR Business Partners and other members of the HR community for all questions relating to the global training process
  • Organize and administer global classroom seminars, workshops as well as e-learning sessions
  • Handle complex inquiries and take ownership of their solutions ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Perform proactive stakeholder management with the local and global training community
  • Support the development, maintenance and improvement of knowledge management
  • Drive continuous improvement for stakeholder experience, quality standards and further process enhancements
  • Participate in projects 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in HR, preferably in the area of training or talent management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Strong hands-on attitude along with self and time management skills and a structured way of working
  • High level of flexibility to be able to react to changing situations
  • Mindset of challenging the status quo and embracing change in an ever-evolving business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong focus on service excellence and a passion for working in an international setting
  • Fluent in English and German (Minimum B2)
