Your responsibilities

Purpose of Role:

You will coordinating the organization and people related matters for our center in Warsaw. Fully contributing to the success of the customer, sharing responsibility for the goals and targets delivery. Translating business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. You will be actively liaising with Regional HR team, supporting discussions and transferring best practices from different functions in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact and independent advisor for leaders, managers and employees

• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes to the Business and provide instant and immediate feedback

• Keep HR processes in a full compliance with the legal and regulatory (internal, external) framework

• Contributes to business analysis to support growth, recognizing business trends, their impact on the business, and able to forecast potential obstacles to success

• Lead HR project, initiatives and improvements.

• Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders

• Drive the HR related internal and external communication

• Prepares monthly reports for HR needs, actively participates and supports salary calculation reports

• Cooperates with Regional L&D team. Identify and help to prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees

• Support standard Processes: Performance Review; Salary Review, Talent Review, Exit Interviews, Stay at work interviews

• Perform HR (internal and market) data analysis and provide any required HR data

Our requirements


• Min. of 5 Higher Education subject passes, including English.

• Min. 3 years relevant work experience on a position of HR BP/HR Manager.

• Min. 6 years of experience in HR in international environment


• Proactively taking actions trying to sort out customer challenges

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Positive drive and enthusiasm with a willingness and desire to grow and develop

• Strong orientation on high quality service delivery for internal clients

• Business acumen and ability to solve problems

• MS Office experience
