Your responsibilities

  • Being a real business partner to the top management of the Company on issues related to employee matters,

  • Business support and consultancy in the field of labour law, HR solutions and tools, communication, as well as support in the process of introducing changes, solving current problems and making personnel decisions,

  • Organization development, including consultancy in the field of organization and organizational structure of the company, co-creation of job descriptions and supervision over the current description of employee duties,

  • Coordinating the process of building employee involvement,

  • Coordinating the process of group trainings,

  • Identification and development of talents,

  • Correct reporting within the Group,

  • Coordination of the hiring process (including preparation of requests and cooperation with RPO),

  • Coordination and implementation of company-wide HR processes and projects,

  • Participation in global HR initiatives,

  • Managing one person in the team – HR BP responsible for supporting Operations,

  • Cooperation with Trade Unions,

  • Cooperation with the other HR functions (including payroll department),

  • Implementation of the ASSA ABLOY Group Policies in the Company,

  • Developing bonus regulations together with managers,

  • Coordinating pay rise processes.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources,

  • Knowledge of Polish labor law,

  • Leadership & communication skills,

  • Master degree level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field is required,

  • Good / fluent oral and written communication skills in English,

  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization,

  • Results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task,

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and develop common solutions,

  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills,

  • Working knowledge of MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.),

  • Experience in the manufacturing company will be an asset,

  • Experience of working in a global or international business this would be an advantage,

  • Experience in managing a team,

  • Required travel 30-60%.
