Your responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers within HR processes,

  • Contribute in the development of the company’s business plans from the HR and Organization perspective,

  • Effective cooperation with HR Shared Service team,

  • Lead and manage recruitment processes, hiring and on-boarding procedure,

  • Collect and prepare payroll data for external Payroll partner, checking data and payroll lists to ensure correct amounts are paid,

  • Close cooperation with HR services suppliers (for example: recruitment companies, temporary job agencies, Job Offices, external payroll partner, benefits providers),

  • Support development of HR procedures within the company,

  • Implement new HR tools, lead and support projects,

  • Prepare reports on key HR indicators,

  • Facilitate and drive employee performance management process,

  • Involvement in talent management – identification of strategic competencies, knowledge and talent gaps and take actions to fill the gaps.

Our requirements

  • University diploma in Human Resources or other relevant field

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or HR experience in a corporate or professional services environment

  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for work with various levels of senior management and staff

  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others

  • Sensitivity to handle confidential matters is essential

  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, demanding environment

  • Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously

  • Customer service focus and the highest professional image

  • Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data-entry)
