HR manager

Your responsibilities

• Managing Human Resources department in the manufacturing facility in Legnica, Poland;

• Acting as an HR manager by supporting work teams, challenging the status quo, providing coaching to maximize team & individual performance, and soliciting & utilizing coaching from others;

• HR Budget preparation;

• Managing Payroll process and communicating with the payroll provider to facilitate smooth transactions on time;

• Providing HR guidance and advice to managers and employees;

• Acting as a change agent and ensuring that local processes align with the global HR agenda;

• Developing & implementing plant policies & procedures;

• Managing recruitment process, working contracts, and other legal document preparation and new employee orientation program;

• Managing and implementing plant training for the employees;

• Conducting the annual people performance reviews together with other SMP managers;

• Managing medical examinations of employees in accordance with legal regulations;

• Communicating with authorities such as executor offices, local courts, insurance, and health companies, and labour offices and providing them with requested information;

• Maintaining compliance with all HR-related regulations and reporting requirements;

• Compliance and safety administration;

• Managing HR Reporting – Headcount Report, Org. chart changes, etc.;

• Managing team meeting organization;

• Managing company events during the year and ensuring that all the events are in line with budget;

• Negotiating services contracts and applying them, for example, company working clothes, training companies etc.
