Your responsibilities
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation employees
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
Building a positive working environment
Managing the process of administration and payroll between HR in Paul Hartmann and outsourcing company in line with SLA
Planning effective split of responsibilities between department staff
Maintaining PPK, plan and benefits program
Managing the recruitment, talent acquisition, selection process
Organizing on boarding to help staff became effective
Supporting managers in building leadership skills, consulting, coaching, training in important subjects like law regulations and HR procedures, supporting in solving problems
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Ensuring internal communication and employer branding
Reporting to management and providing support in decision taking to managers
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Our requirements
Readiness to relocate or to commute on daily basis to Libidza near Częstochowa, where plant is located
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum three years of experience as HR Manager or as Specialist with the wide range of responsibilities in production / manufacturing / operations / blue collar environment
Experience in start-up and/or production transfer / ramp-up situation
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems used to organize efficient HR department (knowledge of Success Factors procedures will be an advantage)
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Multitasking and good time management
Structural thinking
In-depth knowledge of labor law and good practices in HR
Fluency in English
