HR Manager (m/f)
to start as soon as possible
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for all the processes in the area of Human Resources on site. At the start of your employment, the main task will be to build up the HR department with all the staff required for that and sub-departments if necessary. You are very process and target oriented and are able to deal with all tasks independently and professionally due to your academic and personnel-based education and training. You possess assertiveness but never lose your team orientation. You keep a cool head even in a complex and highly dynamic working environment and quickly make well considered and analysed decisions which you are able to present convincingly, including at CEO level.
