    Currently to our quickly-developing chocolate factory in Jankowice near Poznań, Poland, we are looking for an inspirational
    HR Manager

    The purpose of the role is to build and deliver comprehensive and professional plant HR agenda in line with company directions and principles to support organization and management challenges, requirements and goals. As the HR Manager in plant you will effectively identify HR priorities and take initiatives to support business needs. You will as well ensure that all HR processes, e.g. recruitment, employees evaluation, personnel administration work properly and support business.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Build local HR strategy for plant in line with organization principles and directions
    • Identify key HR priorities, drive HR agenda and initiaties that answer properly to the priorities and business goals 
    • Build HR Partnering function for plant leadership team to ensure that organizational and people strategy are implemented
    • Provide HR expertise in all HR areas such as talent planning and development, performance management, compesation and benefits, personnel administration, labour code, employees evaluation etc. 
    • Ensure close and effective cooperation with social partners (trade unions, works councils) 
    • Manage, coach and inspire local HR Team (HR Coordinator) to ensure their competencies and capabilities growth
    • Build, lead and implement various HR projects (at the plant and country level) together with other HR functions to answer to the business needs and goals
    • Actively participate in strategic and operational HR projects and initiatives locally and internationally
    • Execute all other projects and duties with are related with business development
    • Strong HR background, preferably in manufacturing environment 
    • 7-10 years of experience in different HR areas would be a strong asset
    • Solid expertise in managing HR areas and end-to-end processes
    • Ability to work in cross-functional, international and matrix organization 
    • Experience in cooperations with social partners (trade unions, works councils) 
    • University degree 
    • Fluent English and very good Polish language skills
    • Experience in managing various expectations and building agreement around priorities
    • High influential and leadership skills together with the ability to inspire trust
